The Culinary Experience Tour

During this culinary experience, you can savor the most famous traditional products and learn how to cook traditional dishes in a wonderful environment. It’s not just about following traditional recipes but also understanding the interaction of ingredients, introducing you to local products that have been cultivated and produced in Santorini for centuries.

The tour starts with a visit to a centenary vineyard, where the methods of agriculture will be discussed, followed by a wine tasting of fine Santorini wines at an award-winning winery (what better way to start our tour!). Afterwards, we continue to a local establishment specializing in cooking classes. The course with a certified chef is not just demonstrational. You will get hands-on experience preparing every dish from scratch while sipping Santorini wines.

At the end of the class, you will enjoy your meal on a wonderful terrace, accompanied by wine and a delicious dessert!

In case you do not wish to visit a winery at the start of the tour, we offer you a different option. A visit to a farm where you will hear about the difficulties farmers face on this volcanic island and the ingenious methods they have developed to overcome those struggles. You will also get a little taste of these products before we continue to a local establishment specializing in cooking classes.
